Information Architecture
Principles
- Keep the homepage quiet; let products and support handle depth.
- Support should be one click away from anywhere on the site.
- Chinese and English structures stay mirrored in page hierarchy, but copy and emphasis can diverge.
- Navigation should never exceed a single row on desktop.

Cross-linking Rules
- Product Detail links into: related products, related downloads, FAQ topic, contact.
- Support pages link into: relevant product pages, downloads.
- News articles link into: mentioned product pages, relevant support entries.
- Home is a summary surface only — it never owns unique content.
Support Priority
FAQ, Warranty, and Contact are the lead entries in the Support landing page. Downloads, Manuals, and Firmware are secondary utilities grouped beneath.
Localization Rules
- Every page is available in English and Chinese.
- Language switch preserves current page context whenever a translation exists.
- If a translation is missing, the switcher falls back to the page parent, not the homepage.
- News articles may exist in only one language; these are clearly flagged in the CMS.
